The character is his original character, Capt. Teresa "Terri" Holland. She is a military pilot working on Martian space. Her dream is to join an exploration mission to one of Jupiter's moons. I tried depicting a private moment in her room: she relaxes with a drink, leisurely browsing the map of the Jovian moon she is interested in.
I am okay with this one. I thought I could have done better; but I found myself spending too much time trying to adjust rather than actually improving the painting, so I decided to let it go.
